Exhibiting at the NAPFM Event is by way of invitation only. If your company supplies a vehicle-related product to one of the Emergency Services, Government or Military you are most welcome to contact us. Please send us details of your company, your product range and examples of some of the organisations whom you supply.

On show will be around 140 exhibiting companies and organisations and in excess of 200 emergency vehicles as well as equipment and related services.

The event is not open to the general public but to invited guests only. These comprise of: Finance and Procurement Directors and Officers, members of the Emergency Services (including Government and Military Departments), Highways Agency Traffic and VOSA Managers and Officers.

These are available on the ground floor.

First Aid

First Aid cover is provided during the setup day and Tuesday and Wednesday event days. Outside this period
exhibitors and contractors are responsible for their own requirements. However, they must inform the organisers
if there has been an accident and must report certain accidents and dangerous occurrences to the enforcing authorities in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995.

Stand Extras

Additional extras for your stand, including some furniture, are available through the venue on-site contractor, Stagecraft. Please be aware that the venue stipulates that all power must be supplied by the venue on-site contractor.

There is FREE WiFi available for all exhibitors. However this is for limited use such as checking emails and limited internet access. If you require a dedicated line or need to download large quantities of data please purchase this directly from the venue. Codes will be available in your Welcome Pack
