Exhibiting at the NAPFM Event is by way of invitation only. If your company supplies a vehicle-related product to one of the Emergency Services, Government or Military you are most welcome to contact us. Please send us details of your company, your product range and examples of some of the organisations whom you supply.

On show will be around 140 exhibiting companies and organisations and in excess of 200 emergency vehicles as well as equipment and related services.

The event is not open to the general public but to invited guests only. These comprise of: Finance and Procurement Directors and Officers, members of the Emergency Services (including Government and Military Departments), Highways Agency Traffic and VOSA Managers and Officers.

All stand personnel, including all personnel that an exhibitor contracts to work on site on their behalf, MUST be
pre-registered with the organisers and report to the exhibition reception on arrival.

Exhibitors must ensure that their members of staff wear the approved identification passes at all times.

Due to Covid-19 planning, registration for stand personnel will open in May 2021.
