Exhibiting at the NAPFM Event is by way of invitation only. If your company supplies a vehicle-related product to one of the Emergency Services, Government or Military you are most welcome to contact us. Please send us details of your company, your product range and examples of some of the organisations whom you supply.

On show will be around 140 exhibiting companies and organisations and in excess of 200 emergency vehicles as well as equipment and related services.

The event is not open to the general public but to invited guests only. These comprise of: Finance and Procurement Directors and Officers, members of the Emergency Services (including Government and Military Departments), Highways Agency Traffic and VOSA Managers and Officers.

How to book

If you wish to book for The Emergency Fleet Exhibition at Telford in June 2022, please register your interest by emailing admin@napfmevent.org.uk or ringing Mobile: 07885 353160

All applications will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.

Wherever possible we aim to respond within 3 working days of your enquiry, with confirmation of your plot, a username and password for registration through our website. Should you have any queries regarding the exhibition please email admin@napfmevent.org.uk.

Cost of Exhibiting

Halls 1, 2 & 3

Shell Scheme Plots - £85.00 per m² (includes shell scheme, company name facia board,
carpet and 500 watt power socket)

Open Space Plots - £42.00 per m² (30 m²or over) - £55.00 per m² (29 m² or under)

Single Vehicle Plots - £250

Single Motorcycle Plot - £100

Booking Form

Complete the online booking form. This needs to be done within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your plot. If you have not completed your online booking form within this time, or contacted the Event Team at admin@napfmevent.org.uk for an extension of that period, the space will be offered to one of the organisations on the waiting list.

Incorrectly completed forms may result in the wrong plot being booked or the wrong details being published in
the exhibition directory.

Advertising in the Exhibition Directory

Exhibitors wishing to take advantage of the excellent advertising rates for space in the exhibition directory need to confirm this on the exhibitor booking form, please login with the details provided to fill in the form.

50 Word Free Directory Entry

All exhibitors are entitled to a 50 word free company profile but must ensure this is completed in section 2 of the booking form to guarantee inclusion.

Stand Extras

Information on extras for your stand including catering, rigging, electrics, etc., can be found in
onsite facilities in the exhibitor section.

Evening Functions

The Meet the Delegates evening function will take place in the Ludlow Suite from 7pm on Monday 4th July 2022.

The Awards evening will take place in the Ludlow suite from 7pm on Tuesday 5th July 2022.

Full details of both functions will be emailed in early 2022.
