• What is included in
    the price?

    FULL DELEGATE
    Admission to the conference and exhibition, B&B accommodation on Monday 1st July & Tuesday 2nd July, lunch vouchers for Tuesday and Wednesday, and dinner on both Monday & Tuesday evening. Drinks and hotel incidentals are not included.

    DAY DELEGATE
    Day delegates receive access to the conference, exhibition and a lunch voucher on Tuesday 2nd July.

  • When do I need to pay?

    An invoice will be sent out prior to the event. Please note purchase order numbers, if used, are to be submitted on the booking form at the time of booking. In the event of you cancelling your booking a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
    61-90 days prior to the event – 50%
    31-60 days prior to the event – 75%
    0-30 days prior to the event – 100%

  • When will I receive my lunch vouchers, name badge and conference details?

    Full Delegate name badges can be picked up on arrival at the hotel.

    Day Delegate name badges can be picked up from the Registration Desk at the Telford International Centre on the day of the conference.

  • I have a colleague who wishes to attend. What should they do?

    They will need to register
    online independently.

  • Where can I park?

    If you are a full delegate please park in the hotel car park to avoid congestion at the venue. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the conference and exhibition centre.
    Day delegates are asked to park in the main car park at The International Centre which has over 1300 free car parking spaces.

  • What is the address of Telford International Centre?

    The International Centre,
    St Quentin Gate, Telford,
    Shropshire TF3 4JH.

  • I plan to arrive by train. How near is the station?

    The International Centre is situated just over a mile from Telford Central Station and is only
    a two minute drive by taxi. Alternatively, there is a regular
    bus service.

  • Are there cash point facilities at the venue?

    Yes.

  • Are there catering facilities?

    There will be hot and cold
    refreshments available
    within the exhibition halls.

  • What are the criteria when voting for the Best Stand Awards?

    You are asked to judge the exhibitors on the following factors: Technical and sales assistance available on the stand; quality of the exhibition stand and display; quality and variety of the products available on the stand.

  • When do I receive the Best Stand Award voting slip?

    This will be available at
    the delegate entrance to
    the exhibition on the
    Tuesday morning.

  • Stand Awards: When do we find out who has won?

    The awards are made at a dinner taking place at 7pm on Tuesday evening in the Ludlow Suite.
